Friday, October 13, 2017   |   Noble Regina Allen   |   400 ft.   Jackup
Jackup Noble Regina Allen (400'-IC) is now expected to begin its next commitment with ExxonMobil offshore Canada in December 2017, a month later than previously planned. The rig, which is still in Invergordon port, UK, has a two-year contract lined up with the operator covering the plug and abandonment of 22 wells.

Friday, October 13, 2017   |   Noble Bob Douglas   |   12,000 ft.   Drillship
Noble Drilling says it has signed a 90-day contract in the Gulf of Mexico for UDW drillship Noble Bob Douglas (12,000'). The operator was not disclosed, but the schedule for the rig calls for it to complete its well for Tullow Oil off Suriname in early November. It will then mobilize back to the US and begin the new contract in late November. Upon completion of this work in late February, the rig will then mobilize to Guyana and begin its three-year contract with ExxonMobil in late March or early April.

Noble Drilling has signed a one-year contract with Dolphin Energy for jackup Noble Houston Colbert (400'-IC). Work off Qatar will begin in early February 2018. The rig is currently idle in the UAE and has been there since completing a contract with JX Nippon in late July.

Wednesday, October 04, 2017   |   ENSCO 68   |   400 ft.   Jackup
Jackup ENSCO 68 (400'-IC) has finished work for W&T Offshore in Main Pass Block 69. The rig is now waiting on weather to move to South Timbalier Block 39 where it will undergo about 10 days of leg repairs. It will then have a brief idle period before moving to South Marsh Island Block 71 for a 60-day program with Byron Energy.

Wednesday, October 11, 2017   |   ENSCO 115   |   400 ft.   Jackup
Further to a RigLogix report from 20 September, Mubadala Petroleum has commenced a new campaign at the Manora oilfield offshore Thailand, using jackup ENSCO 115 (ex-Atwood Orca). The campaign comprises two infill wells ? MNA-18 and MNA-19 ? which will help improve production performance at Manora and are due to take 21 days each. Following this, the operator will drill a new exploration well in the same licence, targeting the L prospect. The rig has been on hire with Mubadala since 2013 working at different fields off Thailand and is committed through August 2018, with further options outstanding.
