Thursday, November 09, 2017   |   Noble Paul Romano   |   6,000 ft.   Semisub
Hess Corporation has opted to keep DW semi Noble Paul Romano (6,000') for another workover in Garden Banks Block 216 in the US Gulf of Mexico. The rig is currently working in the block until mid-December, with the new well likely keeping the rig busy into second quarter 2018. Hess originally contracted the rig for a one-year term in September 2015 and has been extending it for further work since the term expired in 2016.

Jackup Noble Regina Allen (400'-IC) has arrived in Halifax harbour, Canada, after mobilizing in from theNorth Sea on board a heavy lift vessel. This is in preparation for a new contract with ExxonMobil, which has hired the rig for a two-year contract covering the plug and abandonment of 22 wells at the Sable natural gas project.

Friday, November 17, 2017   |   Noble Bob Douglas   |   12,000 ft.   Drillship
Further to a RigLogix report from 18 October, UDW drillship Noble Bob Douglas has begun mobilizing to its recently awarded one-well contract from ExxonMobil in the Green Canyon area in the US Gulf of Mexico. The rig will drill a 90-day well with the operator prior to heading back to South America for a three-year program off Guyana for the same operator in March 2018. The rig last worked for Tullow Oil offshore Suriname.

Wednesday, November 22, 2017   |   ENSCO 102   |   400 ft.   Jackup
After one delay to November 14, jackup ENSCO 102 (400'-IC) departed the Gulf Copper yard in Galveston on November 22, headed for Eugene Island Block 338 and a 400-day contract with Arena Offshore. Operations will keep the rig working to late December 2018 and Arena has a further 90-day option available thereafter.

Wednesday, November 22, 2017   |   ENSCO 68   |   400 ft.   Jackup
Platform installation in South Marsh Island Block 71 has been completed and jackup ENSCO 68 (400'-IC) will be on location for operator Byron Energy on November 25. The rig will drill the F002 well, followed by completion of that and the F001 well. Operations should take around 60 days to late January 2018.
